Team Taekwon-Do has classes in Nelson, Hengoed, Cilfynydd (Team Pontypridd), Aberbargoed and Bargoed.
Our motto is "Excellence As Standard", we train our students to achieve their greatest potential.
Our aim is to help develop and inspire greater learning and understanding of ourselves and others through the practice of Taekwon-Do as taught by the Founder, General Choi Hong Hi.
